What if I need to put a hold on my membership?
Members with a 12 month term can put a hold on their membership 1x per year for a period up to 8 weeks. Written notice must be submitted to One Wellness requesting a hold.
What if I have suffer an injury or develop a physical limitation preventing me from attending classes?
Members with a term of 3 months or less are committed to their term without a hold. Memberships with a term of 12 months are able to place a hold on their membership for up to 16 weeks.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
Memberships automatically renew at the end of your term for the same term period. If you would like to cancel please provide notice to email@example.com 30 days prior to the end of your term. If you choose to cancel your membership outside of renewal period, cancelation fee will apply. Terms specified in individual contracts.
What if I’m late to class or a no show?
Month to month members and drop-ins will not be reimbursed for a class if you are late or a no show. Members with a 3 or 12 month term will lose priority status and charged a penalty fee if you fail to show up for class or fail to cancel your reservation more than 3x within your membership term.
Is there a Lost and Found?
Yes! If you have left something behind please check with our front desk. One Wellness will hold onto left behind items for up to 30 days. Our Lost & Found box will be donated to a local charity once a month.
What if I need to return a retail purchase?
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- If the item is returned within 10 days of the purchase date One Wellness will fully refund your purchase.
- If the item is returned after 10 days of the purchase date One Wellness will issue a studio credit.
How will I be notified if classes are canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances?
All members will receive an email or phone call regarding cancellations or closure due to inclement weather, poor road conditions, or other extenuating circumstances. Reservations can be modified to another day and time without penalty.
What if I want to cancel my class reservation?
If you have reserved a spot for a class and need to cancel, One Wellness requires you to cancel your reservation no less than 2 hours prior to avoid penalty. You can cancel through the website through the MINDBODY portal.
