She is a 200-hour yoga instructor and certified holistic health coach. Amanda also holds a certificate in plant-based nutrition. She has spent years focused on alignment studying safe, functional movement. At One Wellness, Amanda offers yoga and Pilates fusion classes that integrate her focus on core strengthening with yoga.
